In the recent past, Samuel Oshana has become more involved in the Florida real estate business, which is why he recently obtained a Florida real estate brokerage license. By having that license, he now has the ability to widen his reach with investments in Florida commercial and residential real estate, primarily in Dade and Broward Counties, where he has had great success buying abandoned properties for a low price in "up-and-coming" neighborhoods, fixing them up and selling them for a healthy return.
Though Samuel Oshana was born in Boston and had a lot of success in New York, there is a reason he now calls Miami Beach home. Throughout his career, Sam has worked at some of the largest and most prominent brokerages in the country, including some as prominent as JP Morgan and Heartland Securities. He made sure he was qualified, so he obtained series 7, 63 and 55 licenses, which allowed him to sell all types of securities and to engage in equity trading, as well.
